유달석 (상담학, 겸임교수)

유달석 교수는 안양대학교 신학과와 총신대학교신학대학원을 졸업한 뒤 한국목회상담연구소의 창립멤버로 활동하였다. 심층적 상담교육 및 임상훈련을 위해 미국으로 건너간 뒤 Southern Baptist Theological Seminary에서 기독교상담학 석사과정을 수료하였고, 2006년부터 2008년까지 Cleveland Clinic에서 chaplain resident로 활동하였다. Emory University에서 Emmanuel Y. Lartey 교수의 지도하에 목회상담 및 목회신학이론을 기반으로 정신건강과 목회상담의 상호문화적 이해(Intercultural understanding of mental health and pastoral counseling)를 연구하여 박사학위(Th.D)를 받았다. 임상전문분야는 우울증, 중독, 및 트라우마이며, 주된 연구 관심사는 ‘목회적 돌봄의 학제간 접근(an interdisciplinary approach for pastoral care)’, ‘외상 및 스트레스관련 장애 와 목회상담(Trauma-and Stressor related disorder and pastoral counseling)’이다.
